What size should I order?
How long will it take for my item(s) to be delivered?
Please allow 10-14 business days from date of purchase for delivery on orders placed within the the United States. International shipping may be delayed a few extra days.
How do I track my order?
An email confrimation will be sent via email upon order confirmation. Once your order has been fulfilled and processed for shipping, an email with tracking information will be sent.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate order changes.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be processed unless there are damages or misprints noticed on upon the item(s) arrival. Please refer to our Returns page for more information.
The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
If the item you are interested in is out of stock, please subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social accounts for restocking updates. We do not gaurantee any item will be restocked.
My purchased item is damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. You will need an authorization code to ship back a damaged product.
How do I take care of my items?
Machine wash cold. Wash with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Warm iron if needed.
All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label.
